About the Role:

• Position: Teaching Assistant
• Location: Uxbridge
• Contract: Full-time/Part-time
• Salary: Competitive, depending on experience
• Start Date: Immediate or as soon as possible

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting students’ learning and development across the classroom. Working closely with the class teacher, you will help create an engaging and inclusive environment where every child can thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the class teacher in delivering lessons and managing classroom activities.
• Providing one-to-one or small group support to pupils, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
• Assisting with lesson planning, preparation of resources, and marking.
• Encouraging positive behavior and promoting a safe, inclusive, and happy learning environment.
• Helping pupils with their social and emotional development.
• Supporting students with their literacy, numeracy, and other curriculum areas.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
• A patient, nurturing, and enthusiastic personality with a genuine passion for working with children.
• A strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• A willingness to learn and adapt.
