Position: Teaching Assistant Location: M21, ManchesterStart Date: ASAPSalary: £12.83 - £14.54 per hourHours: 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM (30-minute break)

Reeson Education is working with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in M21 to recruit a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their SEN provision. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Teaching Assistant to make a meaningful impact by supporting pupils with a range of additional needs within a small, well-resourced setting.

Key Responsibilities for the Teaching Assistant:

  • Provide tailored support to up to seven pupils in the school's SEN provision
  • Work closely with the SEN team to implement effective learning strategies
  • Assist KS1 and KS2 pupils with a variety of learning and developmental needs
  • Create a positive, engaging, and structured learning environment
  • Support children's social and emotional development throughout the school day

Requirements for the Teaching Assistant:

  • Experience supporting children with SEND, ideally in a school setting
  • A compassionate, patient, and adaptable approach
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A passion for helping children reach their full potential
