Key Responsibilities of a Teaching Assistant:

• Working alongside class teachers to support lesson delivery and classroom management.
• Providing tailored support to individual students or small groups, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
• Encouraging student engagement and fostering a positive learning environment.
• Assisting with lesson planning and preparation of learning materials.
• Supporting students' social, emotional, and academic development.

About You:

• A graduate with a degree in any discipline (education, psychology, or related fields preferred).
• Passionate about education and helping children achieve their best.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Patient, understanding, and able to build positive relationships with students.
• Experience working with children (e.g., mentoring, tutoring, volunteering) is advantageous but not essential.
