The Role - Teaching Assistant:

• Provide classroom support in both Reception and Year 2 classes.
• Assist teachers in delivering engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to pupils' needs.
• Support children in their academic, social, and emotional development.
• Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and confident.

Requirements:

• Level 3 Childcare qualification is desirable but not essential; relevant experience will be considered.
• Experience supporting EYFS and KS1 pupils in a school setting is highly advantageous.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with staff and pupils.
• A genuine passion for education and a commitment to nurturing children's potential.
