Role Overview: As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with a diverse range of special educational needs. Your responsibilities will include:
Collaborating closely with teachers to cater to individual student requirements.Assisting students during classroom activities, ensuring their engagement and understanding.Providing one-on-one support to students with personal care and Social Emotional needsImplementing behavior management strategies and maintaining a positive learning environment. About School: Special school in Stevenage for pupils aged 2 to 19 years who have severe or profound learning difficulties
Qualifications and Experience: To excel in this role, you should have:
- A genuine passion for working with students with special educational needs.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to varying student needs.
- Minimum 6 months of experience working in a school or care setting in the UK (Mandatory)
- Proficieny in English Language (Mandatory)
- Right to Work in the UK (NO Sponsorship Provided. Candidates on Skilled Worker Visa are not eligible for this position)
