• Provide focused attention through one-to-one and small group work

• A Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification
• Proven experience in SEN education
• Strong people skills and clear communication
• A warm, patient, and encouraging approach
• Resilience and professionalism
• Physical capability for active support
• Current enhanced DBS clearance (assistance provided)
• Relevant SEN qualifications or training
