This role is perfect for someone who is committed to making a difference in the lives of children with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.YOU have the chance to make real impact and real change to these young peoples lives! As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in helping students reintegrate into mainstream education, providing them with the support and guidance they need to succeed.Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the educational and social development of students under the direction and guidance of the classroom teacher.
• Support students with SEMH needs, helping them to build confidence and develop essential skills.
• Work with individual students and small groups to provide tailored support.
• Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Assist with the planning and delivery of lessons and activities.
• Monitor and report on the progress of students.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting.
• A genuine passion for education and helping children achieve their potential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
