Teaching Assistant

Temporary role until End of Summer 2025

Part Time

Day rate £80-£90 DOE

Are you passionate about supporting students' learning and helping them achieve their potential? NextGen Teachers are recruiting for Teaching Assistants to support a Primary Schools in West Sussex.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
• Support students with their learning needs, both individually and in groups.
• Help create a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
• Monitor and support student progress, providing feedback as needed.
• Assist with classroom management and administrative tasks.

Requirements:

• A genuine interest in education and helping children succeed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Previous experience in a classroom setting
