We are looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team in a secondary school in Leeds. This role is an exciting opportunity to support students and teaching staff, ensuring that the learning environment is engaging, inclusive, and productive.

Requirements:

• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one)
• Relevant experience in a secondary school or similar educational setting
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient attitude
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team, as well as independently when needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide classroom support to students, helping them engage with lesson material and stay on task
• Assist teachers in lesson preparation and resource management
• Work one-on-one or in small groups with students who need additional support
• Help monitor student progress, providing feedback and encouragement
• Contribute to a positive and respectful classroom environment
