What You'll Do:

• Provide personalized support to students with SEN, helping them to overcome challenges and thrive academically and socially.
• Collaborate with teachers to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and adapt learning activities to suit diverse needs.
• Create a positive, inclusive atmosphere that fosters emotional and social development.
• Support classroom activities, ensuring every student feels engaged and valued.
• Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers, offering updates on progress and celebrating milestones.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in SEN support is an advantage, but enthusiasm, patience, and a caring approach are essential.
• The ability to adapt and create engaging learning opportunities for children with varying needs.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills to work effectively with staff, students, and families.
• A driver's license and access to a car are helpful but not required for this Lambeth-based role.
