Teaching Assistant - KS1 - Primary School in Stalybridge, Tameside

Are you an experienced and dedicated Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding opportunity in a supportive and vibrant primary school?

We are seeking a Level 3 Qualified Teaching Assistant to join a fantastic Primary School in the Stalybridge area of Tameside. This full-time role involves working within KS1 classes, supporting both the class teacher and the children to ensure a positive and engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing general support to the class teacher and pupils in KS1.
• Assisting with learning activities and maintaining classroom behaviour.
• Supporting individual students and small groups, including those with additional needs.
• Creating a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all children.

What We're Looking For:

• A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is essential.
• Experience working with primary-aged children, particularly in KS1.
• A proactive, compassionate, and enthusiastic approach.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
