This is an exciting opportunity to join a small, independent primary school local to you, specifically designed for children with communication difficulties, often related to Autism spectrum conditions. The school is warm, welcoming, and currently seeking a Teaching Assistant to join the team ASAP, following the retirement of a beloved staff member after 25 years.

The school supports over 60 pupils aged 4 to 11, providing personalized, 1:1 education that makes a real difference in their lives. All applicants for this position must have the following requirements to be considered:

• Relevant SEN experience
• Experience (voluntary or paid) working with children and young adults
• GCSE Maths and English or equivalent
• Eligibility to work in the UK

Responsibilities:

• Supporting in the delivery of engaging and interactive lessons and educational activities
• Supporting learners with SEN on a 1:1, small group and whole class basis
