This role requires a teaching assistant who loves working with children of all abilities.This friendly team at this school offer outstanding support for staff and pupils, while creating a sense of respect and belonging for both the pupils and the staff. This school is focused on putting the needs of the pupils first. The school also has great support from the local community. Experience supporting children with Autism or Complex Needs is preferred for this role.Job Role:
- Providing tailored support all the children in the classroom.
- Motivate and support children of different abilities.
- Managing behaviours, helping the child to engage with lessons.
- Recording progress of the children and report back to the class teacher.
