Our client, a leading London university is looking for a temporary Teaching and Learning Manager to take overall responsibility for the administration of teaching courses/programmes of the designated area, strategically managing these courses/programmes to improve their administration, teaching quality, policies, protocols and processes.

This post is starting the last week of January, and running until end April in the first instance. You will be required on site 40%, and the remainder remote. This is a full time role, 7.3 hours per day (36.5 hours per week). 

You will be required to:

• Manage a team of teaching and learning administrators and the course/programme related activities
• Responsible for the administrative support of all taught programmes: admissions, student attendance monitoring, student advice, field trips, student assessment and exam boards and scholarships and awards.
• Oversee admissions and enrolment on all programmes within the designated area.
• Work with the communications team in producing a communications strategy for the department such as providing a monthly e-mail newsletter, organising book launches and maintaining the rolling news section of the website.
• Represent the department on College committees
