Team Assistant | £16-18 per hour | Boutique Asset Management Firm

Our client, a boutique asset management firm is seeking a dynamic and highly organised Team Assistant to support their senior leadership and wider team for a 6 month period. If you're proactive, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior managers and team members.
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
• Assist with event planning and coordination for client meetings, conferences, and internal gatherings.
• Handle office communications, including responding to emails and phone calls.
• Maintain accurate records and document management for client portfolios.
• Liaise with external partners, clients, and suppliers.

Requirements:

• Strong administrative experience, ideally within the financial or asset management sector.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with database management.
• Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
