We provide a broad range of content, products, and services to customers across the media, sport, corporate, betting, and public sectors.About the Role.The Team Assistant, Executive Office will play a key role supporting the Senior Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer. The role offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled administrator to work closely with the senior leadership team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.You'll be involved in everything from scheduling and meeting coordination to event organisation and office management.Your attention to detail, organisational skills, professionalism and high integrity will be key in helping us achieve a smooth-running and efficient executive office environment.You will handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality, and professionalism will be expected at all times.   • Coordinate and manage schedules for the executive leadership team, including meetings, appointments, and travel, under the guidance of the Executive Assistant.
  • Organise and support meetings, events, and conference calls, ensuring all necessary materials and technology are prepared.
  • Handle core administrative tasks such as processing expense reports, travel booking, and providing necessary office facilities (e.g., equipment and refreshments).
  • Administer corporate and external meetings, including distributing materials and taking minutes as required.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding for new staff and coordinate executive office events (SLT away days, celebrations, awards, and seasonal gatherings).
  • Provide holiday and sickness cover for the Executive Assistant, order office supplies, greet visitors, and maintain a professional office environment.
  • Taking minutes for subsidiary board meetings or other meetings
  • Undertake additional administrative tasks and special projects as needed, maintaining the highest standard of discretion and professionalism.

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Experience in using digital tools and techniques to engage employees
  • Excellent written and verbal English language and writing skills
  • Experience taking meeting minutes
  • Exceptional organisational skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Professionalism, with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact comfortably and build trust with senior leadership.
  • A positive, adaptable approach to supporting office operations and assisting with various projects.
