A great opportunity for a temporary Team Assistant to join a boutique private equity firm, starting in early January. The role is based in the office full-time in Mayfair, supporting up to 15 people. Previous experience in a PA/TA role is required - booking international travel and managing diaries. This is an ongoing temporary role for the next 6-8 weeks at least. Hours are 9am-6pm, but flexibility will be required if there are earlier meetings to prepare for. Hourly rate is up to £20/hour, depending on experience. German, Spanish or Italian language skills are beneficial. What you'll do:
- Support a team of up to 15 people - ranging from Founding Partners to Analyst level
- Book international travel including flights and accommodation
- Manage diaries proactively
- Front of house - meeting and greeting clients, setting up meeting rooms, setting up VCs, etc.
Who you are:
- Previous experience in a PA or Team Assistant role
- Previously worked in private equity, financial services or professional services
- Confident working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Flexible and adaptable
- Excellent written and verbal communication
