Team Assistant / Office coordinator

£40,000 -45,000 + excellent benefits

Our client is the HQ of a European construction firm that specialises in building data centres for some of the biggest tech firms globally. A newly created position has arisen to coordinate the travel for both the UK and some of the European teams. You will organise around 15 high quality trips per week, mainly in Europe, ensuring that their itineraries are accurate and that the travel plans are cost effective and most appropriate for the project.

You should have the confidence to communicate at senior levels, pushing back to persuade your colleagues of the best overall solution.

In addition, you will help run the office in terms of ordering supplies, deliveries, acting as first point of contact for calls to the office and helping the Directors with any ad hoc projects.

This would suit an individual who loves to organise travel and has high attention to detail.

You should have strong communication skills, a flexible approach to your remit, and live within commuting distance of the City. (Hours are 8-5pm) Salary is dependent on experience.
