Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to the investment team of 6
- Handle meeting coordination, calendar management, travel & logistic support, event coordination, expenses management
- Prepare documents for meetings, presentations, and investor communications.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required
- Maintain and update internal databases and filing systems
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Profile
Ideal candidate for this role:
- Previous and relevant experience in administrative or support role in financial services field
- A strong understanding of administrative procedures
- Excellent time management, organisation, communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- The ability to multitask and prioritise tasks efficiently
- The ability to work well in a team and independently
Job Offer
Offers:
- An annual salary range of £35,000 to £45,000
