• Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• No previous experience in line management is needed to be a Team Captain. This may be the first experience for someone to be a point person for a shift
• Experience in IWS and RTT DMS’s required
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Encourages others with less experience or who need help
• Is positive even when under pressure
• Demonstrates personal responsibility
• Shows enthusiasm for learning
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
• Flexibility to work in shifts and weekends, if required
