Our client is an award-winning, full service, commercial law firm and they are rapidly developing a national reputation for its innovative approach to delivering legal services. They operate in the financial services, leisure, retail & consumer goods, technology & media, renewables, housing and public sectors. Their specialisms are real estate, banking and finance, commercial, corporate, employment, dispute resolution and litigation.

The Job:

On behalf of our client we are seeking a Team Coach. This role has been created due to expansion of this busy team and they are seeking a Team Coach. In this role you will be working closely with the team as a dedicated resource to ensure that the quality of the work undertaken by the team not only meets but exceeds the agreed standards. You will be providing on hand training and coaching to administrators as well as monthly supervisions and new starter training.

Responsibilities within this role will include:

  • Providing face to face feedback and coaching
  • Creating and monitoring monthly supervision review documents
  • Providing training to New Starters and providing support and management of their development plans.
  • Monitoring feedback provided by Clients, assessing and logging this and providing the feedback to staff.
  • Developing and delivering new training packages.
  • Set up of training sessions, monitoring attendees and record keeping
  • Developing and delivering bite size training sessions
  • Undertake projects in relation to training and development and monitoring quality going forward.

The Person:

For this role, our client is looking for someone who has:

  • Team coaching / training experience
  • Client management experience
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Experience of working within a volume / busy environment
  • Ability to identify ways of improving processes and communicate changes effectively
  • Ability to understand learning & development needs of individuals

Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm
