As the Team Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in organising, monitoring, and coordinating operational activities within the department. You will provide essential support to the team and ensure the smooth running of daily operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Office Coordination: Arrange meetings, manage diaries, and coordinate office infrastructure
- Develop and Maintain: Maintain databases, generate reports, and provide administrative support
- Planning and Analysis: Support budget management, forecasting, and identify risks or issues
- Project Work/Continuous Improvement: Analyse processes, support recommendations for improvement, and engage in project activities
