Premier Recruitment Group has the privilege to recruit on behalf of our very prestigious client based in Wigan. We are recruiting for experienced and forward thinking Team Leader. This is full time and permanent position and working for very well established care company working in the field of children and young people with mental health, learning disabilities and autism.Very interesting and varied role with a scope for progression.

Must be a Driver

Main duties and responsibilities:

• To assist and support the House Manager
• Ensuring the smooth running of the shift
• Assigning specific tasks to the support workers and monitoring their completion
• Support our children to maintain and develop relationships with friends and family
• Encourage them to integrate with the local community by attending clubs and leisure activities and to support the children in all aspects of their daily living

Personal Characteristics:

• QCF Level 3 Children's Residential Care
• Minimum of 2 Years working in a Residential Support Worker setting
• Minimum of 1 Year experience of Leading a team
• Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
• Able to work days, evenings and weekends
