Description
- Lead and inspire the team to deliver exceptional service
- Coordinate activities within the team and the center
- Develop and implement culture projects including team events and annual awards evenings
- Assist with the interview process for new hires when required all though this will be very occasionally
- Assist with administration within the team
- Monitor and report on HR metrics to report to the manager
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the team success
- Support the professional development and wellbeing of team members
