TEAM LEADER OPPORTUNITY - JOIN A MAJOR ONLINE RETAILER!

? Shift Patterns

· Wednesday to Sunday

· AM: 06:00-14:00 (£14.64 weekdays, £18.30 weekend rate)

· PM: 14:00-22:00 (£15.52 weekdays, £19.18 weekend rate)

· Nights: 22:00-06:00 (£18.45 weekdays, £22.11 weekend rate)

 Pay Rates

· £14.64 - £22.11 per hour

· Overtime paid at time and a half

Location

Hereford

(You will be working in Hereford but there is a free bus that will pick you up from Worcester City Centre and bring you back to Worcester City Centre for whatever shift you work!)

What You’ll Be Doing

· Monitor KPIs and provide constructive feedback

· Organise daily tasks and support your team

· Assist with managing absences

· Ensure the Health & Safety of the team

· Main point of contact for the workers and People Solutions management.

What We’re Looking For

· Previous leadership experience preferably Team Leader or Supervisor

· Strong communication skills

· Physically fit and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Desirable Skills

· Experience using hand scanners (preferred but not essential)

Training

·Full training provided by the client to help you excel in your role
