Team Leader - K2 Recruitment : Job Details

We are looking for a motivated Team Leader to join a busy team based between Bicester and Aylesbury. Overseeing day to day operations and completing tasks, you will require leadership skills alongside a strong work ethic. With 20 years’ experience in their field, the company offer reliable and efficient service.

Working 40 hours per week, start times will vary due to the nature of the role.

Duties of the Team Leader:

• Supervise and coordinate a team of 5-6 people.
• Work as part of the team, completing physical tasks.
• Mentor the team.
• Ensure work is of high quality and completed efficiently.
• Report back to the office on jobs and team performance.
• Implement improvements to processes, resolving any issues that may arise.
• Complete stock control, ensuring levels are accurate and up to date.

• Previous experience within a leadership role.
• Strong communication skills.
• Organisation and time management skills.
• Problem solving.
• Happy to work alongside the team completing tasks.
• Comfortable with heavy lifting due to the role.

Offering £26,000-£29,120 depending on experience, this is a great opportunity for an experienced leader to join a thriving company.
