Team Leader - Huntswood : Job Details

Huntswood is looking for a Team Leader ideally with utilities experience to join a 2 month contract with a water company. If you have managed a team of complaints ideally within utilities, then we want to hear from you.

Managing a team of Complaint Handlers who are dealing with customer complaints you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the team as well as conducting quality assurance check. This is a full-time office role based in our central Glasgow hub.

Start Date: 18th November 2024

Day Rate: £240 a day - Umbrella only recruitment - This is only available to individuals working via an umbrella company, we can assist you with this

Location: Glasgow City Centre

Working hours: Monday to Friday - 9am to 5:30pm

What Huntswood is looking for:

• Extensive Team Leader experience ideally on a utilities contract
• Water company experience is beneficial
• Quality checking experience in a contracting environment
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Commitment to work in Glasgow office for the duration of the contract
