TEAM LEADER - VACANCY

Temp to Perm contract available, for:

Team Leader

Days: 7.30 am to 6 pm, Monday to Thursday (40 hours)

Rate: £12.59 per hour

Overtime available after 40 hours, £18.88 per hour

Area: OL9 (Chadderton)

Duties:

Leading a team of 10 production operatives.

Working on a fast-paced production line.

Working to tight deadlines.

Making sure the line is running efficiently.

Machine operating.

Quality checking.

Troubleshooting and learning how the machines operate.

Responsible for associated paperwork.

Monitoring time and attendance of workers, reporting directly to the Production Manager.

Leading and motivating your team.

Criteria:

We are looking for individuals with a proven track record of working in a similar environment.
