Your new roleThis is an exciting new Out Of Hours Team Leader job. The purpose of the OOH Team Leader is to be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the dispatch team, ensuring efficient and timely coordination of engineers. This role involves managing dispatch staff, optimising dispatch procedures, and maintaining effective communication with engineers' clients, and other stakeholders.
