  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead, coach, and mentor a diverse team of support function professionals, ensuring continuous development and performance improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with departments to align support functions with goals and drive collaborative problem-solving.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track team performance with key metrics, offer feedback, and address any issues proactively.
  • Customer Service: Ensure top-tier service for both internal and external stakeholders, resolving escalated issues when necessary.
  • Compliance & Risk: Ensure all activities follow company policies and legal regulations.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Present regular performance and operational reports to senior management.
  • Training & Knowledge Sharing: Develop training programmes and maintain a knowledge base to enhance team skills and service consistency.
