Are you a passionate, driven and experienced social work team manager who is looking to expand or develop your experience in practice with children and families with disabilities?
As a Team Manager of the Supporting Disabled Children’s Service, you will be working alongside the other teams in the service, our Transitions Team and colleagues in our Preparing for Adulthood Service. You will also work closely with our in-house providers of short breaks, health and education professionals and a range of private and voluntary organisations.

About the role
As a Team Manager in Wandsworth, you will champion anti-racist and anti-oppressive practices, ensuring services are equitable and transformative for children and families of diverse backgrounds.
Your role will include allocating work, performance monitoring and supporting the development of the team. You will be able to think on your feet in terms of case allocation and understanding the needs of children and young people.
