Job Title: Team Secretary

Salary: £27,000 - £31,000 (based on experience)

Location: Birmingham

Monday to Friday, full time (Permanent)

Hybrid working and flexible working opportunities

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Managing and organising legal documents and correspondence
  • Coordinating schedules and meetings for fee earners
  • Preparing and formatting legal documents and presentations
  • Handling client inquiries and maintaining client files
  • Assisting with billing and invoicing processes
  • Supporting the team with various administrative tasks as needed

Ideal Candidate Background:

  • Proven experience as a Legal Secretary or in a similar administrative role within a law firm
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
