Branch Supervisor – Leicester - Plumb Centre

As Branch Supervisor based in Leicesteryou’ll be responsible for:  

• Assisting the Branch Manager with the daily operations and management of this small busy branch.

• Serving customers at the trade counter, offering advice and product knowledge.

• Office duties including reporting, general admin and branch maintenance.

• Completing general warehouse duties and supporting with deliveries when required.

This is a full time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 7am – 5pm and alternate Saturday mornings 8am – 12pm (time in lieu).

And here’s what we’d like you to have to be a Branch Supervisor:

• Prior experience in plumbing & heating or a merchant environment is ideal but not essential as training will be provided.

• Excellent customer service experience

• Branch Supervisor / Team Leader experience ideal

• Driving licence is essential for this role as you will need to support with customer deliveries when required.
