You will be part of a BAU team, but working on a project reviewing information that is obtained by the team, you will be involved in reviewing information for accuracy and engaging with stakeholders to ensure that customer satisfaction is maintained.You will be involved in supporting broader teams to ensure accuracy of information is maintained,

• A background in technical administrative work
• The ability to offer excellent customer care in sensitive situations
• The ability to own tasks and see them through from start to finish

• The ability to work with confidential information

Due to potential ad hoc travel between sites, you will need to be a driver.
