Remuneration: £30,000 Benefits: Company Van & Comprehensive Benefits Package The role of the Technical Advisor - Plaster & Render will involve:

• Technical Advisor position dealing with a high quality manufactured range of mortar, plaster and render
• Dealing with inbound customer enquiries via telephone and email
• Offering technical support to the external and internal sales teams
• Liaising with contractors, builders and builders merchants with technical advice and product training
• Occasionally may go to trade shows or builders merchants to perform product demonstrations alongside the external sales team
• Making samples when required, including mixing and application of product
• Keeping track of recordings and report writing where required
• Conducting site tests, site improvement meetings and development trials

The ideal applicant will be Technical Advisor - Plaster & Render with:

• Must have previous experience as a Plasterer or Renderer - it’s imperative that you have hands on manual installation experience
• Ideally dealing with related products such as; cement, mortar, screed, precast concrete, ready mix concrete, concrete admixtures, cement admixtures, chemicals admixtures, grouts and resins
• Must have some form of customer service experience (gaining understanding of customer requirements / producing your own quotations and invoices)
• IT literate (Microsoft Office)
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Physically demanding role with lifting and manual handling involved
• Positive, energetic and confident individual
• Driven, organised and personable
