Technical Bar Support Engineer (2nd Line)on-site, East Kilbride Outside IR35 Active SC would be advantageous We have an opportunity with a central government client as a Technical Bar Support Engineer (2nd Line)You’ll be the friendly face at their Tech Bar, helping customers with their tech issues and “how do I” questions.Responsibilities:
- Provide support at the Tech Bar.
- Assist with hardware and software issues.
- Be an expert on specific tech products.
- Develop training programs and create help guides.
Skills and Experience:
- Hardware: Laptops, desktops, printers, Apple devices.
- Technologies: Windows 10/11, iOS, Azure AD, InTune, M365.
- People Skills: Customer-facing, teamwork, problem-solving, quick thinking.
- Desirable Qualifications: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900), Modern Desktop Administrator Associate (MD101 & MD100).
