About the Role:We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Technical Surveyor to join our team. This role is a unique blend of office-based compliance work and on-site health and safety assessments, ensuring that LivGreen maintains its commitment to excellence and safety across all operations.

Key Responsibilities

Compliance Management (2 days/week):

    • Manage and maintain certification processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
    • Ensure the company adheres to MCS, NICEIC and PAS2030 across all our projects.
    • Oversee quality assurance systems, documentation, and reporting.
    • Provide technical guidance to ensure projects meet regulatory requirements.

Site Assessments (3 days/week):

    • Conduct on-site inspections to assess health and safety practices and processes.
    • Identify potential risks and implement corrective actions to ensure safe working environments.
    • Work closely with site teams to drive improvements in operational processes and compliance adherence.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Air Source Heat Pump and Plumbing background - installing renewable measures
  • Proven experience in technical surveying, compliance, or health and safety roles.
  • Strong understanding of certification processes and health and safety regulations.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with office and site teams.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and solving challenges.
  • Happy to travel to sites around the UK.
