Key Responsibilities:
- Cloud Solutions: Design and implement modern cloud IT solutions, focusing on Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365.
- Consultancy Services: Provide expert advice on infrastructure, cyber risk, and Microsoft 365 adoption.
- Technical Support: Act as an escalation point for project engineers, offering advanced technical support.
- Customer Engagement: Guide customers through their technical roadmaps and collaborate on presales consultancy.
- Project Management: Work with the Projects Administrator to ensure successful project outcomes.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- 4+ years of experience progressing through service desk roles to a Technical Consultant position.
- Expertise in Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365, including Modern Endpoint Management and Security.
- Experience with Hyper-V/VMware in on-premises and hybrid deployments.
- Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, firewalls, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of an organization.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing technical roadmaps.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft Certifications (MS-100/101, AZ-104, MS-500).
- Security Certifications (Security+, CEH).

Additional Notes:
- Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Occasional work outside normal hours or weekends may be required.
- Travel: Some travel to customer sites will be necessary, so flexibility is essential.
- Clearance: DBS and BPSS checks are required, and SC clearance will need to be obtained (fully funded).
