Job Title: Technical Consultant

Location: Duxford, Cambridgeshire (Hybrid role with 1 day a week in the office)

About the Role: My client is seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Technical Consultant to join their growing team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a leading consultancy firm specialising in Output Management and MSFT Dynamics 365 ERP marketplace. The successful candidate will have the autonomy to shape their career path within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver consultancy, advisory, and development services to customers.
  • Attend customer meetings and provide pre-sales and consultancy advice.
  • Develop and deliver services in line with best practices.
  • Provide support and manage customer calls effectively.
  • Liaise directly with customers and manage own workloads.
  • Produce and document functional design reports.
  • Embrace and enhance the team ethos and values of the company.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Must have a Degree in Computer Science.
  • Full driving license and car.
  • Strong technical communicator, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work under pressure and self-motivated.
  • Customer-centric and team mentality.

Desirable Technical Skills:

  • Knowledge of MS Dynamics, JavaScript, SQL Queries, Azure resources, MS Visio, Low-Code development frameworks, Cloud Storage services, ESB Messaging, JSON & XML, and Application lifecycle management.
