The firm ensures this stays at a capped level and has an outstanding and achievable bonus structure which provides a generous uplift to your basic salary.
Low staff attrition is paramount at this firm, with so many members of the team having been there for 10 - 20 years+, the firm achieves this by offering training, support, progression and prioritising the wellbeing of its staff.
