You will gain expertise in technical customer service support, providing right first time service to their customer base. The Key Duties of the Technical Customer Advisor

• Inputting information and logging conversations on CRM
• Dealing with customer enquiries
• Provide technical knowledge about the product with training provided

The Key Requirements of the Technical Customer Advisor

• Minimum 1 years' experience within a customer facing role beneficial
• Passionate about building relationships with customers
