You will be responsible managing the Technical for multiple sites and will develop and implement the technical strategy. The role is part of the Senior Leadership Team and reports into the Managing Director for the business.This role would suit a Technical Director or Head of Technical with experience of working for a multi-sited food manufacturer that supplies the retail sector. You must have great communication skills that will enable you to liaise effectively with a customer base as well as excellent leadership skills to develop and drive forward the technical team.
