They are now looking for a Technical Lead to join them.

The Technical Lead role:They're seeking a Tech Lead to play a pivotal role in steering their development team, shaping both its technical approach and individual growth. As a key figure, you'll collaborate closely with Delivery Managers to streamline team efforts, ensuring high-quality results that align with their overarching architectural goals.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Lead the team's technical strategy and ensure alignment with broader architectural goals, providing direction on long-term vision and immediate technical challenges.
• Offer mentorship and strong leadership as a line manager, guiding the team's technical development and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
• Drive the adoption of agile best practices, while promoting cross-functional teamwork to ensure high-quality outputs and efficient processes.
• Contribute to key business initiatives by aligning team efforts with wider company objectives and ensuring technical solutions support these goals.

Technical Lead - Essential Skills:

• Extensive experience with front-end JavaScript frameworks, especially React and Next.js, along with Microsoft technologies like .NET Core.
• Proficient in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), ensuring effective deployment and management of applications.
• Strong grasp of SOLID development principles and best practices, with added experience in event sourcing being a plus.
