My client, an international organisation that specialise in the field of business internet, network services, B2B communication, security and telephony.

Their aim is to ensure seamless communication between clients with a reliable and secure internet connection, mobile, and Cloud telephony to Office 365.

The Technical Lead would provide guidance and technical expertise to the 2nd line engineering and Support teams, responsible for the security of the network, develop and maintain documentation which includes troubleshooting and experience in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills:

• Service delivery experience
• Expert in office 365, Cloud and VPN technologies
• Experience in team management
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Good understanding in network security
• Applicants need to be CCNP qualified or working toward it
• Advanced knowledge of routers, switches, firewalls and Access Control Lists
• In-depth knowledge of routing protocols
