Technical Lead - £80,000 - Manchester City Centre (Hybrid)

How about designing bespoke, greenfield solutions to optimise high performance software whilst collaborating with a global team of technical and non-technical stakeholders?

We are hiring a Technical Lead to join a Manchester Based, global software organisation creating bespoke, modern technology solutions for some of the worlds largest companies.

You will be leading a small team of engineers (3-4 direct reports) whilst personally reporting to the Director of Technology.

Requirements and Responsibilities:

• Engineering Experience in .Net, C#
• Experience leading teams.
• Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to create reliable software solutions whilst meeting wider business objectives.
• Work closely with the Technology Director to plan and implement.
• Able to be hands-on with technical work.
• Strong experience in both technical aspects and running projects / people.

You will be working closely with internal stakeholders including Cyber, InfoSec, Engineering, Technical Account Managers, Sales, Solution Engineers and Cloud.
