This role demands a proactive approach to problem-solving, a passion for quality, and the ability to lead and inspire a team. Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of quality control and assurance across all stages of production.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance product quality and process efficiency.
• Act as a key point of contact during audits, ensuring the business is always prepared and compliant.
• Lead investigations into quality issues, implementing effective solutions that prevent recurrence.
• Support and mentor the technical and hygiene teams, fostering a culture of excellence.

Your Profile:

• Experience in a technical/quality management role in food manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP and audit processes.
• Leadership skills with attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
