Job Title: Technical ManagerSalary: £55,000 - £60,000Location: NorthamptonshireReference: 2537759Our client is a leading food business who supply to a variety of the major retailers. As they continue to expand and grow their presence in the marketplace they are now seeking a driven and ambitious Technical Manager to join their business.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:* Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers, ensuring their technical and quality requirements are met.* Meetings & Conferences: Represent the business at customer meetings, benchmarking occasions, and industry conferences, both virtually and in-person.* Site Visits: Conduct visits to sites and raw material and ingredient sources as necessary to support technical requirements.* Supplier Approval: Assist sites with ingredient supplier approval processes.* Customer Inquiries: Respond promptly to customer information requests regarding products, processes, supply chains, and sustainability.* Audit Support: Support second-party and third-party audits and visits, working closely with Site Technical Managers.* Sustainability Reporting: Manage and present information to stakeholders on sustainability topics, ensuring transparency and compliance.* System Updates: Maintain and update customer systems and documents in collaboration with Specification Technologists.* KPI Reporting: Compile and report customer KPIs to track and improve performance.If you believe you have the skills and personality to fit these requirements please either apply via this advert or call Henderson Brown on for more information.
