Are you passionate about food safety, quality management, and ensuring consumer trust in the food we serve? We are seeking a dedicated Technical Manager to join our team and help us maintain the highest standards in food safety, nutrition, and ethical practices. This role plays a key part in managing the quality control of our products, ensuring safe handling, and adhering to industry regulations across our production and restaurant operations. 

Key Responsibilities will include;

• Collaborate with the Head of Safety to develop and implement supplier policies focused on quality, safety, and ethics.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring clear communication of standards and expectations.
• Oversee guest communication related to nutrition and allergen information.
• Rigorously overseeing the specification management process, thoroughly detailing product specification, ingredient sourcing, relevant validations and production process to ensure comprehensive guidelines.
• Actively participating in cross functional collaboration with the Food team to guarantee that newly developed products align with company policies and legal food safety legislations.
• Maintain a robust supplier management system, including accountability for complaints management by promptly addressing and resolving issues relating to product quality or compliance deviations.

We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a strong technical understanding of food safety and quality management practices. You will need to be a strong communicator and have the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
