Technical Sales Specialist - EnvironmentalLocation: Ideally based in the Netherlands (covering Benelux & Scandinavia)

About the Role:A leading innovator in research instrumentation is seeking a Technical Sales Specialist to drive growth in environmental solutions. This role combines technical expertise with sales acumen, focusing on full-cycle sales, technical consultations, and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
• Deliver expert technical consultations, product demonstrations, and seminars.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with academic and commercial research clients.
• Represent the brand at exhibitions, conferences, and trade shows.
• Maintain up-to-date records in CRM systems.

Qualifications:

• BS/MS in Environmental Science, Plant Physiology, Biology, Environmental Physics, or related field (MBA is a plus).
• Minimum 3 years' experience in high-end capital equipment sales or technical sales support in a scientific setting.
• Strong technical background and excellent communication skills.
• Proven track record in building customer relationships and achieving sales targets.
• Valid driver's license; willing to travel (50%+).

Compensation & Benefits:

• Up to €80,000 per annum salary
• Excellent uncapped bonus scheme
• €900 per month car allowance
