Job Title: Technical Service Administrator

Location: Uxbridge

Contract Details: Permanent

Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 per annum

    • Responsibilities:

  • Monitor email and phone for customer tickets, escalate and allocate to engineers
  • Respond to update requests for jobs
  • Respond to service call requests and book engineers
  • Manage service level agreements (SLA) as directed by the Engineering Manager, and maintain service records
  • Manage return merchandise authorisation (RMA) requests and returns
  • Confirm completed worksheets, check charges, and create invoices for Finance
  • Monitor engineer worksheets to ensure compliance
  • Manage customer equipment held at the Uxbridge office
  • Compile reporting for clients on call responses
  • Handle other technical administrative tasks as directed by the Engineering Manager

    • Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

  • Strong organisational skills with excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems and work under pressure

    • Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

  • Previous experience in technical administration
  • Familiarity with an ERP system (e.g., Odoo)

    • Technologies:

  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Odoo (ERP system)
